Patrik Daniel Crowned Southern States Modified Series Champion
Texas Native Claims Back-to-Back Titles
CLEVELAND, Texas (10/27/25) – Patrik Daniel has done it again, successfully defending his Southern States Modified Series crown this past weekend at Revolution Park in Louisiana, capping off another remarkable season.
The Texas native, who added to his stellar 2025 campaign with his seventh win of the season last weekend at 105 Motor Speedway, finished second in the season finale in the Bayou State to secure back-to-back championships.
“What another awesome year,” Daniel said. “If you would have asked me last season if it would be possible to top it in 2025, I would have told you that you’re crazy. But here we are. I have to give a big thanks to Doug and Lisa Lloyd — without them, none of this would be possible. I am very grateful for the opportunity they’ve given me to drive for them. The car has been flawless all season, and it was the same tonight. It’s an honor to drive for them.”
Daniel’s championship weekend unfolded on Saturday, entering the finale with a comfortable 122-point lead over Anthony Meek. He started the main event sixth after preliminary events and climbed four positions in the 20-lap feature to record a second-place finish, sharing the podium with winner Beau Begnaud and third-place finisher Corey Oltz.
